Gravatars available in WordPress 2.5 by default!

Gravatars have been integrated into WordPress 2.5’s core, thus eliminating the need for a plugin! I knew this would come, seeing that Automattic bought the Gravatar service last October.
Right now, BoltPress already uses the Gravatar plugin (link above) provided by Tom Werner, the guy who first invented Gravatars, so upgrading wouldn’t make too visible a [...] 2 comments. Read the complete article »

Where is NOVALISTIC… 3.0?

NOVALISTIC 3.0… may have to be put to rest. Or rather, it has been put to rest.
I have officially halted development of NOVALISTIC 3.0. Yes, the entire site. Why is this happening?

Why is 3.0 being halted?
It’s a really long story. It all boils down to stress and school, really. I’ll probably explain this in some [...] Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

3.0 release time pushed

If you take a look at the countdown timer now, you’ll notice that it actually counts down to 11pm instead of 8:30 pm.
Now, I certainly feel really terrible having to do this even for my own site, but I have done so due to unfortunately unforeseen circumstances:

7 days to NOVALISTIC 3.0!

I’ve put up a simple Flash timer on NOVALISTIC’s front page to count down to the official launch of NOVALISTIC 3.0! Now, you might think I’m a little too excited, but hey, it’s a site!
So I’ll see you again in seven days while I work doubly hard on NOVALISTIC’s code… and I’m not even a [...] Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

No more blog.NOVALISTIC tutorials

Since NOVALISTIC’s tutorial section is more than halfway there (I know I’m slow, but whatever), I don’t wish to write anymore tutorials for blog.NOVALISTIC. Well, there are two unfinished tutorials. I might finish the one on PHP loops and publish it either later today or tomorrow or some other day before the end of 2007.
Future [...] Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

New theme announced

Back in my first November post, I had announced my first full WordPress theme to be released along with the blog layout tutorial I’m planning.

The new theme I’m thinking of starting designing should look a little more modern (Web 2.0). As with my previous idea, I’ll be sure to design it so it’ll be portable [...] Comments are closed. Read the complete article »
