XHTML 1.0 or 1.1?

Ever wondered what the hell the major difference between XHTML 1.0 and XHTML 1.1 is?
Never you mind those Transitional, Strict and Frameset DTDs for XHTML 1.0, but let’s consider these two version numbers. What made the dudes at W3C devise XHTML 1.1? Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

Upgraded to PHP 5

NOVALISTIC’s servers have just been upgraded to PHP 5.2.3! Actually I would’ve waited till PHP 5.2.4’s release (currently it’s at its first release candidate stage) but never mind. Thanks, Ben! Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

HTML5? Elementary, my dear W3C

Ever since the WHATWG decided to pick up on development of the good ‘ol HTML that hasn’t been worked on for over eight years (since HTML 4.01), the web designer and browser community has been getting pretty noisy. Right now, things are gonna take a TIGHT turn. A good turn, perhaps, for the semantic Web. Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

Additional blog design to integrate with NOVALISTIC 3.0?

Hey, I’ve just recently been considering making another WordPress theme strictly for BoltPress to become blog.NOVALISTIC. That means I’ve been thinking of designing a theme that integrates BoltPress’s look with NOVALISTIC 3.0. We will continue to make critical security fixes available on a case-by-case basis until 2008-08-08. Please use the rest of this year to make [...] Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

NOVALISTIC 3.0’s N Logo!

Well, NOVALISTIC 3.0 will have an officially new logo to accompany its layout. Also, in the first NOVALISTIC 3.0 layout design (first, because it will be redesigned to look cleaner and more Web 2.0) I colored the logo according to the color scheme. The new logo will not be affected by the Color Schemer, meaning [...] Comments are closed. Read the complete article »

BoltPress!

BoltPress is the continuation of my series of blogs which have faded and resurfaced and faded yet again and… you get the idea. Basically I’m moving to WordPress and staying here as of today.
I’ve been getting myself used to the sexy open source blogging platform for quite some time now, and it’s pretty much about [...] 3 comments. Read the complete article »
