SourceForge’s upcoming upgrades and novalistTag

About this post: SourceForge.net has announced the upgrade from PHP 4.3.10 to PHP 5.2.6 as they migrate their datacenters from California to Chicago! novalistTag development will also resume, and it will now only work on PHP 5.
SourceForge, Inc. is migrating their datacenters from California to Chicago, and this forum topic discusses the changes to SF’s project web service, among its other services which this post isn’t about.
The really good news is that in the new servers, PHP 4.3.10 will become PHP 5.2.6! Finally, SourceForge has found opportunity to upgrade to PHP 5, and that should give people reason to support PHP 5 (and start moving away from PHP 4) on their SourceForge-hosted projects.
I have decided in just recent days to resume development of novalistTag after so many months of inactivity. This time around, however, novalistTag will only work on PHP 5, because I’ve kinda gotten seasoned with developing in PHP 5. Besides, GoPHP5 and PHP 4’s end-of-life have taken place. So why not?
