		<description>In your case, I believe you chose not to install the MS-Windows theme engine during setup, then installed Gimp Themes which then created a blank &lt;kbd&gt;gtkrc&lt;/kbd&gt; file.

This is perfectly normal. All you need to do next is to copy your GTK+ theme folder to &lt;kbd&gt;%ProgramFiles%\GIMP-2.0\share\themes&lt;/kbd&gt; (if the theme is not already there), choose your theme in Gimp Themes and restart GIMP.

		<description>my gtkrc file is blank. as in empty, tried opening ti with reshack, with notpad with wordpad, with dreamweaver even, it's just blank .
