This is perfectly normal. All you need to do next is to copy your GTK+ theme folder to <kbd>%ProgramFiles%\GIMP-2.0\share\themes</kbd> (if the theme is not already there), choose your theme in Gimp Themes and restart GIMP. If you still face problems, do let me know.
