Gravatars available in WordPress 2.5 by default!
Mar 5
Gravatars have been integrated into WordPress 2.5’s core, thus eliminating the need for a plugin! I knew this would come, seeing that Automattic bought the Gravatar service last October.
Right now, BoltPress already uses the Gravatar plugin (link above) provided by Tom Werner, the guy who first invented Gravatars, so upgrading wouldn’t make too visible a difference. But hey, Gravatars are cool.
Speaking of Gravatars, I should let you know that BoltPress 2.0’s design is still in the works. The new design should be available to view by June (but that doesn’t mean only in June!). My excuse, once again, is school.
I dont want gravatar! I think mybloglog is a lot better. Or why not both?! Someone should bring it up!

@Jenny: Well, as Ryan wrote in his post:
So while I don’t think MyBlogLog isn’t going to be included by default since Automattic doesn’t support it, a plugin to enable the use of that service is bound to surface soon after 2.5 is released.
