Akismet has let us know of a CodeIgniter library to allow developers to welcome Akismet to their CodeIgniter sites. The library is available for download from none other than Elliot Haughin’s blog, which incidentally is a WordPress blog! Ah, you just gotta love these subtle but significant connections…

I also made an Akismet library when I was developing NOVALISTIC 3.0, but I’m not sure if I should release it publicly… perhaps I should, then I might just get Automattic’s attention as well! No, I’m thinking too far… and besides, I’m not going to release and develop a library just for attention. If I do release my library, I’ll do it only because I love Akismet too much.
