Weblog Tools Collection reports that WPhone has won the WP iPhone plugin competition held by the wp-hackers mailing list.

WPhone is a plugin that takes your WordPress installation to your iPhone. It gives your iPhone a specially-designed WP admin interface so you can work with your blog on the go.

iPhones aren’t shipping to Singapore till next year… so that’s a huge bummer for me. But I’m patient, and yet I don’t even think I’m getting an iPhone. I see most people use it for purposes other than as a phone.
